ADULT SERVICES
WORK TRAINING   ADULT DAY HEALTH   HIGH SCHOOL TRANSITION

The Cerebral Palsy League's Adult Service Programs are designed to assist people with a wide range of developmental disabilities. Eligible adults may receive training in basic vocational, independent living, and social skills. Participants may choose from a variety of daily activities tailored to meet their specific needs.

Work Training

  • High School Transition
    Our newest service provides a    coordinated program of Vocational and Post School activities for students ages 16-21 with developmental disabilities. High School students (16-18 yrs) may participate in career and post school exploration activities as they work on IEP Transition goals. Older students (18-21 yrs) may participate in one or more Structured Learning Experiences that are designed to provide actual skill training in their preferred job or activity area.

    Adult Day Health
    Eligible adults may receive specialized nursing and therapeutic services that are integrated into a total program of social, recreational, and life skills training. For many, these day services offer the support needed for the individual to remain living in the community.
